Usage
How to use Theragun mini:
1. Turn on the Theragun mini and firmly press the multi-function power/speed button on the right side of the device for 2 seconds.
2. Slide the device over the area to be treated, gradually applying light to medium pressure as needed.
3. Press the power/speed button again to switch between 3 speeds.
4. Theragun mini should be in vertical contact with the skin. Only the device's attachments should be in contact with the skin or area you are treating. Do not use the device at an angle where the striking arm of the device is in contact with your skin.
5. To turn off the Theragun mini, press and hold the Power/Speed button firmly until the device turns off.
Connect accessories to the Theragun mini:
1. Align the tip of the attachment with the swivel arm and push in to connect. To remove an accessory, hold the accessory, place your fingers on each side on the plastic connector, and pull off the accessory.
2. Theragun mini comes with a standard ball attachment for integral use. It is also compatible with other models, excluding the first generation Theragun liv.
Batteries and charging
How to charge the Theragun mini:
1. After turning off the device, plug the power adapter into the charging port of Theragun mini.
2. The LED light on the power/speed button will flash until fully charged.
3. When the LED light on the power/speed button turns solid green, charging is complete.
4. When the device is turned on, the battery level is continuously displayed on the power/speed button LED. If you want to check the battery level while the device is off, briefly press the Power/Speed button and the LED battery light will flash to indicate the battery level.
